This is more than a six-bedroom vacation rental. Set on approximately one acre inside one of Cabo's premier gated beach communities, Casa del Corazón is designed to function as a private ocean-front resort — with the space and privacy of an estate and the Pacific just a 60-second walk away.

Whether it's a family vacation, a golf trip, or a milestone celebration, this residence is built to let a full group experience Cabo's beaches and Pacific sunsets together while still giving everyone room to spread out.

13,679 square feet including outdoor areas, with 8,047 square feet of interior living space — six ensuite bedrooms plus an additional full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests.

The home opens through a double-arched stone entry. Inside, black metal arched doors open to a large courtyard with a fire pit and soothing water feature. Through the next set of doors is a magnificent great room with twenty-two-foot wooden ceilings. The Pacific becomes part of the home rather than just a view from it. Every primary material was chosen to hold up to the coastal climate.

Casa del Corazón is fully furnished and finished, so there is nothing to bring and nothing to arrange. It is our pleasure to have everything in place before you walk in.

The expansive outdoor living areas are at the heart of the property. A private swimming pool and hot tub connect to a Baja pool with in-water lounge chairs, just steps from the beach. The ocean-view patio features a private barbecue and bar area — a natural gathering place for cocktails, private chef dinners, and evenings with family and friends beside the Pacific.

The centerpiece is an 18-meter infinity pool running parallel to the shoreline, stocked with high-end pool floats.

What separates this residence from a traditional luxury rental is the collection of recreational amenities located right on the property.

It is our pleasure to keep the fun going well beyond the greens and the pool: pool volleyball, pool basketball, ping pong, a dart board, mahjong, and a full library of board and card games for all ages.

Casa del Corazón sits inside the exclusive, gated Diamante Beach Estates community on Cabo's Pacific coast. Diamante is home to two 18-hole championship courses: The Dunes, designed by Davis Love III, and El Cardonal, Tiger Woods' first course design and current host of the PGA TOUR's World Wide Technology Championship each November. A third, the Legacy Course, is set to open in Spring 2027.

Concierge can assist with golf and tee-time arrangements, subject to availability, applicable guest privileges, and fees. After a round, return to a private resort — pool, hot tub, putting green, pickleball court, sports bar, and a Pacific sunset included, or head over to The Woods, Tiger Woods' own restaurant on property, for dinner.

This estate offers exceptional privacy while remaining conveniently accessible — approximately a 40-minute drive from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to the Diamante front gate. Once at the residence, the Pacific Ocean is about a 60-second walk away. During your stay, it is our pleasure to arrange private airport transfers and transportation through concierge.

Beyond the gates, downtown Cabo San Lucas is about 15 minutes from the Diamante gate, with world-class sportfishing, the marina, celebrated restaurants, and lively nightlife. On Friday nights, Cabo hosts its own smaller art walk — have dinner within walking distance, then stroll the galleries. San José del Cabo, about 30 minutes east, offers a quieter colonial town with galleries, local dining, and a weekly art walk.

Diamante is a 1,500-acre private resort community on 1.5 miles of Pacific beachfront at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula. The amenities go well beyond golf.

Diamante is a fully gated, private community with 24-hour security. Access is limited to residents, registered guests, and invited visitors.

Casa del Corazón was built by GEM Development. Founding partner Miguel Monroy's family has been building on this coastline since 1969, before the resorts and before the golf courses. That history means knowing every contractor, every supplier, and every decision that separates a home that looks good on day one from one that holds up in the Baja climate for decades.
