Who we are

GEM is not a company that came to Cabo.

Kevin Ryan and Zach Peters founded GEM with a simple idea: create premium real estate opportunities in Cabo San Lucas for family, friends, and trusted partners.

What makes GEM different is our people. Our builder, Miguel Monroy, is a founding partner whose family has been building on this coastline since 1969. We didn't arrive in Cabo. We come from the family that helped build it.

Marco Antonio Monroy Milan graduates in architecture from Mexico's National University.
1969
Designs the Finisterra Hotel, one of Cabo's first major luxury developments.
1974
Designs Hotel Solmar.
1988
Terrasol, among the region's first beachfront condominiums, is inaugurated by the President of Mexico.
Today
Miguel continues his father's work, now building Casa del Corazón at Diamante Beach Estates.

Where we build.
